๐ โ ๐ When trauma is opened or released during a healing session, it is vital that the practitioner understands how to safely support their client through the process and offers ongoing care and guidance.
๐คฒ Some healing sessions stir deep memories, emotions, belief systems and pain, yet the client is then left to navigate these experiences alone once the session ends.
๐ซ My sessions are generally two hours or longer, allowing us the time to work through what is unfolding for the client. This also creates space to provide ongoing care, support, and practical healing strategies so the client is supported throughout their healing process.
๐ค If you are seeking healing or trauma release work, take the time to do your research. Ask questions about the methods being used, read reviews, speak with previous clients if possible, and most importantly, ensure you feel safe and supported by the practitioner you choose.
