Your brain is mostly made of fat, and your hormones are built on fat too. If you want to think clearer, feel balanced, and have lasting energy, you need healthy fats, and one of my favourite foods - the humble avocado - is loaded with them!

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny shares:
“If a child gets all of the vaccines in the entire schedule, they get almost 13,000 micrograms of aluminum, and they get almost 600 micrograms of mercury, plus over 200 different chemicals…”

As someone who believes deeply in the power of regular detoxing and supporting the body naturally, this raises a red flag.

That’s a heavy toxic load for such tiny, developing bodies.

We have to consider, what’s the long-term impact of cumulative exposure like this? Are we prioritising real health, or just ticking off protocols?

If you’re exhausted no matter how much you sleep… gaining weight for no clear reason… snapping at everyone (or crying at the drop of a hat)… struggling with brain fog… or just not feeling like yourself, you’re not imagining it. These are classic signs of estrogen deficiency, and they’re not just frustrating, they’re quietly stealing your vitality and mojo.

I stand with Greta too.

She’s fierce, focused, and unshaken by the world’s attempts to silence her. And now, at 23, she’s taken that courage to another level, setting sail with the Madleen as part of the Freedom Flotilla to deliver aid to Gaza, fully aware of the danger and still choosing to go. That kind of bravery is rare.

This isn’t just activism, it’s a reminder of what true humanity looks like. Greta and her crew are risking everything because they believe every life holds equal value. I am in awe of their strength and integrity. You can try to silence people like this, but history shows that movements only grow stronger.

I have always loved Greta, I watched her as a child mobilize the globe. And then I saw the super powers race to be the one who cuts down the tall poppy to destroy her and dismiss her message as their sheep took to harassing her relentlessly.

But then what I saw was an unbothered child, as if she was sponsored by mother nature herself, she stood her ground and continued with her
“How dare you” attitude.

Greta reminded me that few things in this life are powerful as the passion in a teenage girls heart.

But that admiration and maternal type pride has now completely transformed.
I am in absolute awe of this young 23 year old woman as she and 11 other activists including Liam Cunningham (GOT) set sail on the Madleen with the Freedom Flotia to bring desperately needed Aid to Gza.

You don’t need me to explain how dangerous this is.
Not only with the cruelty they are sailing towards, an occupation that executes paramedics, food relief workers, they blow up schools, hospitals, burn alive and bury alive hundreds of thousands of civilians, the majority children. They write marriage proposals on bombs and laugh and dance in deceased women’s clothes. They simply do not have limits.
The Madleen is heading into the mouth of hell.

But the history of the Freedom Flotia which in 2010 made a similar mission and a ship was raided with 9 activists killed. And last month another attempt was struck by a drone, thankfully nobody lost their lives..
That’s the documented evidence clearly stating Israel’s message,
“No matter who you are, interrupt our reign of torture and we will k’ll you”

Greta knows that she is an internationally loved and recognized face yet she has just proven to also believe that her face, her life, is worth no more then every single human in Gza who has been or is waiting to be klled.
They’re endangering their lives because the chances of the Aid being blown up are slightly less with her on the ship.

The boat is already being stalked by drones, the whole thing is so scary, the bravery of the entire crew just blows me away.

This is my ode to Greta Thunberg and all of the legends that have put their entire existence on the line because they believe no life is worth more then another.

They don’t make many like this these days.

One day Israel will learn, you can kll the people and sink the ships, but with every act of harm you commit you only multiply the movement.

World Environment Day may have passed, but the mission continues because protecting our planet isn’t a one-day job. It’s a way of living, and one I am super passionate about.

The good news? Small, mindful actions done consistently do add up. Here are 5 powerful ways you can make a difference, starting today:

✔️ Choose more plants
Even just a few plant-based meals each week can cut your carbon footprint and save water. Why not try Meatless Mondays and involve all the family at dinner time.

✔️ Reduce single-use plastics
Carry a reusable water bottle, shopping bag, and coffee cup. Simple swaps can have a big impact.

✔️ Compost what you can
Food scraps and green waste don’t belong in landfill so give them back to the earth instead.

✔️ Support regenerative & local

✔️ Consume consciously

For 13+ years I have been focused on health and healing, but when I hit the big 5-0 (eek!) I realised my skin needed a little more TLC. Wherever possible, I take a natural approach. It’s not always easy, especially when some women my age still somehow look 30 👀, but I still think you can glow from the inside out, without harsh treatments.

Here’s a few of my favourite ways to love your skin naturally:
Gua Sha massage – Boosts circulation, reduces puffiness, and firms skin over time.
Face products – Rosehip oil, hyaluronic acid, essentials oils and a mask in the bath = bliss.
Red Light Therapy – Amazing for skin, pain relief, and circulation.
Hydration - Water alone isn’t enough. Minerals like magnesium & potassium are key for cellular hydration.
Sleep – Skin regenerates overnight. A calming evening routine does me wonders (though not always possible with the good oll’ peri menopause!)

As a nutritionist, I’m also big on feeding your skin from within. My daily supplement staples:
