Here’s a a few small self-care rituals you can try. Maybe when the kids are busy with an activity or in bed.

✨ Morning moment - wake 10 minutes earlier for a quiet tea or coffee before the house stirs.
✨ Screen-free soak - swap scrolling for a bath or long shower in the evening. Use your favourite skin care or body scrub.
✨ Mini reset - put on headphones and listen to your favourite podcast or calming playlist while cooking or folding washing.
✨ Breathing pause - 5 deep breaths with your hand on your heart whenever you feel frazzled.

As a busy mum and wife, I know firsthand how easy it is to put your own wellbeing at the bottom of the list.

That’s why I am so passionate about helping women find balance, regain energy and feel like themselves again.

I like to provide a space where women feel cared for and supported through all stages of life.

From hormone shifts and gut issues, to stress, fatigue and weight balance, I use a range of tools like Metabolic Balance (personalised nutrition), herbal medicine, functional hormone assessmant, blood work analysis and lifestyle support to uncover the root cause and create a plan that fits into real life.
