Medical Administrator - Job Opportunity!!!
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Medical Administrator to join our team at 7Springs Medical Practice. This role provides high-quality administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice and an exceptional experience for our patients.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical reception
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Best Practice or similar medical software (highly regarded)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• A friendly, calm, and professional demeanour with a patient-centred approach
