It was time for Jan’s re-assessment and wellness age check... the number that came up made her stop and smile.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new 'Power of Change' series, dedicated to celebrating powerful, life changing journeys and proving that it is never too late to change the way you age.

At 53, Lee was not just feeling older. He was carrying the weight of PTSD, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, injuries, and years away from training. Like many people, he reached a point where something had to change.

So he started.
Not with pressure.
Not with judgement.

But with support, guidance, and a team that walked the journey with him. Since joining Club Active, Lee has lost weight, reduced his blood pressure, rebuilt confidence, and improved his overall health. According to his results, he is now ageing backwards.

But the real change goes deeper than numbers.

Our in-house allied health clinic offers the expertise of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Dietitians.

Our Exercise Physiologists can help improve:

Heart health, diabetes, falls prevention, pre- and post-operative care, muscular and skeletal rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, hip and knee replacement, respiratory, orthopaedic, as well as neurological training to assist with Alzheimer’s prevention.
