This evening, Sally from Es Ti Wellbeing is sharing her relaxing and healing Resonance Immersion Sound Bath in the Temple Space at the CSC at 7pm-9pm. An opportunity to lay down, snuggle up in a blanket, close your eyes, and receive the healing frequency of sound as Sally bathes you in a symphony of vibrational energy.
Sally is also available this Sunday in the Amethyst Room for private one-on-one SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapy sessions and can also cater for couples or two friends in this gorgeous space too.
Highly recommend this, especially if you've been feeling the huge shifts taking place over the last few weeks. A great way to support the body to recalibrate and anchor the light energy.

Over the last 10 years I’ve had the unique opportunity of working with hundreds of health and well-being professionals and meeting thousands of people who have attended the festivals, retreats, meditation groups and personal development workshops that I’ve facilitated.
The feedback I often receive is “I wish we could do this more often” because people really value the sense of community, friendship and support provided in these welcoming spaces and want to experience them on a continual basis.
The majority of people I meet also have the same deep desire that I have to make a difference in the world - not just for themselves and their loved ones, but for others too.
The foundation of a supportive, collaborative, heart-centred and aware community has been built over the years with the support of the existing spiritual community and special interest groups, businesses, friends and family, and the natural progression for me was to bring together all these connections to create a global community of support - the Enlighten Tribe.
Providing everyday people who have a strong desire and passion to make a meaningful impact, with professional support and advice, to take inspired action and share their stories, business highs and lows, and personal breakthroughs through an active online presence with a global reach.
