The workshops are a fun, creative day for girls aged 8-11 designed to give them the information they need to navigate puberty with a focus on managing periods. Activities will empower girls to be themselves and promote self care. These workshops take place in a beautiful setting of The Briars at Angust and Rose Cafe.

Tomorrow is back to school for many Victorian kids!

Have you considered what will happen if your child gets their period at school?

I recommend having a small pack in their school bag from the age 8 or 9 and after you've chatted to them about periods.

Periods pack:
2 disposable pads
1 pair of spare underwear
All in a small waterproof bag

If they get their first period at school they'll have everything they need to make it through the day!
