I love to work with The Body Code which was developed by Dr Bradley Nelson. It is a quick and simple way to uncover the cause for any imbalance in you and release it. It covers pathogens, emotions, circuits and systems, energies, toxins, glands, organs, chakras, hormones, allergies, your skeleton and has 118 maps to choose from. It is a very comprehensive system and through muscle testing we can quickly find and then release causes for any imbalance. I always include Psych-K in every session as it changes beliefs at a subconscious level. Until age 7 we are downloading everything we hear in our environment which then become the beliefs and programs that direct our behaviour and responses for the rest of our life. Affirmations often do not last as they are not placed at a subconscious level in the mind and sit only at a conscious level The conscious part of us only has 5% control or influence over our reality which leaves a scary 95% control to our subconscious mind. It is imperative to influence the subconscious mind with positive beliefs in order to achieve the goals and behaviours you are striving for. My passion is crystal healing which is a very powerful form of healing and has been utilized for thousands of years. Everything in the Universe is energy and the highest form of energy is light. Crystals can draw in, store and send out more light than anything else on the planet due to their geometric formations. They are ideal for healing due to their high vibrations and also work as colour therapy. The crystal essences I work with are particularly high in vibration, as they are from the pure environment of Alaska. I love to share flower, environmental and crystal essences with you to support powerful vibrational shifts. They can support you with self love, confidence, healing the inner child, less anxiety or anger, detox after surgery or from x-rays, forgiveness, poor memory or anything you desire change around. I work with Tapping also and utilize it with power healing visualizations to release food cravings, emotional eating or any blocks you have. I love to use visualizations for goal setting too. In addition to being qualified in the above practices I have also studied Neuro- Linguistics Programming (NLP), Esoteric Healing, Meditation Mediumship, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch and Tarot reading.
