After the Sunday Seeds of light session activation meditation- before I packed up the altar for this session. The Sulphur crested cockatoos provided some background vocals. Their spiritual message is “light at the end of the tunnel” which was a perfect addition to our session over lighting card “Fire” card 22 from my seeds of light oracle deck and the third card in the elemental suite. The card message is Purification and the burning away of what no longer serves. It is the frequency of transformation and it provides a energy transmission and empowerment for the sacral chakra.
The card affirmation is
“Flames of transformation, burn away that which no longer serves my highest good”

We connected with the our astral field and the crystal devas of Fire Agate to make room for the past and any associated pain or outgrown patterns to become the ash which fertilises the soil of our new beginnings.

Trusting the Soul to allow new pathways to be created and old doors to close.

May the blessings of this session being Energetic benefit to all.

A morning of offering Esoteric Acupuncture sessions - just a few of my “tools” - some of my selenite swords of light pictured here! For those of you who follow my IG account or who have received sessions from me before, you will know that I have been working with these swords since 2017 and they are an amazing frequency! When used in an Esoteric Acupuncture session (New Energy Healing/ the spiritual side of acupuncture - no needles required!) the combination of energies is truly stunning! These sessions allow the client to access new paradigms, balance the etheric body; mental planes and the physical whilst expanding consciousness. We emphasise wellness in totality and open the client to all possibilities of the inner plane to manifest on the outer plane as best serves their highest growth.

Blessings from the Crystal Devas of Blue Kyanite!
This message is to encourage you to allow for the possibility that the frequency of Divine alignment is available for you. Kyanite will also transmit and amplify high frequency energy such as Peace, compassion and wisdom. It is a stone which does not hold negativity and therefore does not require cleansing. I thought that you might enjoy receiving it’s energy for yourself and for all of Earth. Please imagine if you wish that this raw piece of Blue Kyanite is nestled at your throat and a second piece is over your heart and higher heart chakras as in this photo of me. Breathe in and out. Hold an awareness that your entire throat can breathe and for one moment it is energetically suspended from your head creating a spaciousness between your thinking mind and the processing / communication centre of your being (the throat chakra) Breathe and feel some peace perhaps.
Have you been caught up in only hearing negativity? Are the words you are speaking about life hurting your own heart?

The power of Surrender - this can be a difficult concept for our human minds because we are taught not to give in but to strive. To some, Surrender can seem like the act of a person who has no hope left.

‘Any action is better than no action’ have you ever heard someone say something to this effect? This is Yang (Divine Masculine energy out of balance, with an insatiable need to act).

Of course it is helpful not to allow challenges in your life make you give up and stop trying but when is the act of Surrender the best form of action or rather non-action?

In prayer - When we pray for Divine support, we are stepping aside and allowing a higher perspective, a higher wisdom to assist us. There will always be certain things happening in your life that no amount of thinking, planning or action steps can bring about the best solution.

This is when we allow space, instead of forcing the issue, we take a breath, we pause and Surrender our mental energy. This can feel very welcome, it can also create the open space for ideas, inspirations and also miraculous blessings to manifest.

Peace of mind can come when we admit that we simply don’t know the next step and also don’t feel the need to have all the answers. Source, God, your Higher Self, Angels, Goddesses, Ascended Masters, there is an entire infinite amount of support which you can call upon.

The beauty of prayer too is that you can surrender when you are grateful for something, and also when you are in fear or doubt. Surrender of the lower mind to the higher mind will always create space for peace and peace paves the way to solutions. Sometimes the best course of action absolutely is no action.

You will eventually come to a place where prayer is a form for recharge and replenishment. It just feels really good and it makes life a lot easier and more peaceful.

What do you need to Surrender to the Divine at this time?
Trust that it is safe to do so and rest in the knowing that you can receive support on the inner planes.

Here is a Chi Gong movement called “gathering your resources”
I thought it was a fitting post for the new year when you may be wanting to connect with your own inner energy and recharge.
You can repeat the scooping motion 8 times on each side then starting with your left hand you hold the second position “ blessings accumulating” before your heart on the final repetition. Finish with the right hand on blessings accumulating.
Keep your lower hand lightly cupped in front of your lower belly but not touching. This is the “ receptacle” - the lower Dan Tien that you are filling with the Chi from your auric fields and the Universal heart you were scooping at the beginning of this movement.
It’s a very peaceful and empowering move to try after meditation or gentle exercise.
