Welcome to the Team Michelle Ann Riordan 🤍

We are very excited to announce that Michelle is coming on board as another Yoga instructor at GHFC and will soon be:
* Recommencing our Saturday 8.30am yoga
* Doing 1:1 Yoga PT sessions
* Commencing monthly Friday night breath, yin yoga and meditation session ☮️

Well the weather outside it ….. bloody hot!!!
But don’t panic. Yoga is perfectly timed for the sun setting, and Gunnedah Health & Fitness Co studio is now air conditioned.
So get out of the heat and come to yoga to chill out (pun intended laugh).
Classes are 7-8pm Mondays and 9.15-10am Thursdays.
