Before you can become the master of your emotions, you must recognize that you are currently at the mercy of several unwanted “squatters” living in your mind, and they are in control of your thoughts.

If you want to be the boss of them, you must know who they are and what their motivation is, and then you can take charge and evict them

My advice for a Graduating student will be about decision-making!

Decision-making is something that we sometimes forget to place importance on. Of course, the effect of our decisions will vary, everything from what time you wake up in the morning to more large-scale decisions like which company to invest in or which patient to see first as a responsibility in your profession. It makes the overall theme being rational thought before decisions. But how do we do that?

My Tips for better decision-making:

🌟 It may seem basic but think about your decision. Is it something you want to do or do you feel pressured?

🌟 Does the decision align with your goals or beliefs as an individual or team?

🌟 Give yourself more time will allow you to evaluate the pros and cons of your decisions! Give time to plan for an important decision

🌟 Learn from experience! Have you made a similar decision before, did it turn out well or adverse?

You will improve your Decision-Making skills through practice and experience!

Do you have any tips for better decision-making for a graduate student?
