This week is dental health week and the theme this year is sugar and nutrition.
Do you know how much sugar is hidden in the food we eat? The short answer is… A LOT. The sugar can cause your teeth to decay faster than they should and can also lead to health problems such as heart disease and obesity.
With this in mind be thoughtful of brushing your teeth twice a day, flossing every day and checking in with your dentist every 6 months.
