I wanted to introduce myself—I'm Gabrielle Metcalf, Property Manager at MG Management SA, part of the Metcalf Group (SA).

I work within Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) across South Australia, managing a portfolio of high physical support homes built to platinum standard. My role is very hands-on and covers all aspects of property management from handover through to ongoing operations.

I coordinate inductions and move-ins, complete detailed property checks, manage routine and ongoing maintenance, and ensure every home is presented and maintained to a high standard. I also work closely with SDA Providers to make sure each property is functioning as it should and meeting the needs of the participants living there.

A big part of my role is protecting the quality and compliance of the homes—overseeing modifications, ensuring correct processes are followed, and working with trusted trades to maintain the integrity of each property.

What I enjoy most is being able to create a smooth experience for everyone involved and knowing the homes we manage are making a real difference in people’s lives.

We’re calling on our incredible volunteers to help us bring joy to children across South Australia through our Kids in Need Christmas Wrapping sessions.

🌟 Elizabeth South Property Update 🌟

I’m pleased to share that the Metcalf Group SA Elizabeth South dwelling is now fully tenanted. All participants have moved in and are settling in well, and the property has been handed over in great condition.

As the property manager overseeing handover and maintenance, it’s great to see the home fully occupied. MG Management SA will continue to ensure the property remains well-maintained and that any required works are completed promptly.

Looking forward to supporting the ongoing upkeep of this great home!

Two new dwellings at West Croydon are nearing construction completion. MG Management will be overseeing these properties, handling the handover process, providing ongoing maintenance, and ensuring that the dwellings are well cared for to preserve their quality and comfort.
