We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition for participants moving into our homes! Once construction is complete and the SDA dwelling is ready for occupancy, our team collaborates closely with the SDA and SIL Provider to conduct a thorough induction handover.

This is a collaborative approach in the management of our SDA dwellings, ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared.
During this process, we:

✅ Review and confirm that all systems and equipment are in working order
✅ Update the key register for secure access
✅ Check that all safety equipment, including fire safety measures, are operational
✅ Hand over UPS instructions and other essential operational details
✅ Debrief and address any questions to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared

Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and smooth transition for participants into their new homes.
