Footwear: Always wear fully enclosed athletic shoes. No slides, Crocs, or flip-flops are allowed on the gym floor for your safety.
Cleanliness: Always bring a towel and wipe down equipment after use to keep things hygienic for the next person.
Respect the Space: Please re-rack your weights and return all equipment to its proper place once you’re finished.
Share the Floor: Be mindful of othersβ€”avoid hogging machines during peak times and respect everyone's personal space.

High-Protein Creamy Oats Recipe

This simple recipe provides approximately 30g of protein and can be prepared in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- cup rolled oats and
- cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, or oat milk).
The Protein: scoop (approx. 30g) of vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
- 1tbsp chia seeds (adds fibre and thickness).
Toppings: Fresh blueberries, sliced banana, and a drizzle of almond or peanut butter.

Method
Cook the Base - Combine oats and milk in a saucepan. Simmer over low-medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy.
Add Protein - Remove from heat. Let the oats cool for about a minute before stirring in the protein powder until smooth. Adding it off-heat prevents the protein from clumping.
Thicken - Stir in the chia seeds and let them sit for a minute to absorb excess liquid.
Assemble - Spoon into a bowl and layer with your fresh fruit and nut butter.
