Kokoda 30km walk from 2 weeks ago. Rachel ‘s knee blew up retty early after an i jury. Being a great Team mate and husband i let her walk back to the start herself. Love you babe. The walk was great and i admit harder than i thought. Helena absolutely smashed it. Next year will be even better. Apparently it is a good idea to train for these things. Funny that! We will get a Team together for next year. Cheers -Dougie
