Back pain, in particular lower back pain, is the most common form of pain, and the majority of my clients have some form of pain in their back, usually the lower back area.

These davs we live increasingly sedentary lifestyles and spend long hours sitting at a desk or doing manual labour.

Even though it affects so many of us we feel it and think it's just a part of life and; take a pill to numb the pain, or try other alternative methods but nothing seems to really work. It's something that can't be ignored, no matter how hard we try, and there is a way to ease the stress and other issues caused by lower back pain.

Back pain is usually caused by the way bones, discs, tendons, muscles and ligaments interact, and can be due to a fall, injury or other medical conditions, or in the instance of a muscle or ligament strain can be a build up over time due to repeated movements, heavy lifting or bad posture. If you are in poor physical condition, constant strain on your back can cause painful muscle spasms too.
