Easter holidays coming to an end with another fun Kids workshop (using the space ) - we moved our bodies with circuit courses, obstacle courses and yoga, slowed our bodies with breathwork and meditation, expressed ourselves through art and dance ....and eat some chocolate too 😋 😉

Kids Spring WELLBEING workshop.

Join Healing Hearts with Art and I on WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 21 from 11am to 3pm for a 4 hour workshop of Yoga, Breathwork and Art Therapy 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ 🎨
