“The Turning Point”

I took the medication for two weeks
And in that time…
I felt like I was disappearing

Not calmer. Not better
Just numb, disconnected from everything I loved, including myself
It was an outer body experience, watching myself

That scared me more than the crying, the exhaustion, the chaos

Because in the depths of my soul… I knew:
This isn’t the way

What I needed wasn’t a prescription
I needed someone to see me
To sit with me
To say: You’re not broken
You’re just overwhelmed
You’re just exhausted
And you are allowed to feel every ounce of it

But that space didn’t exist for me back then

So I smiled
I carried on
I buried myself beneath the weight of invisible expectations
And no one saw me fading

But something in that darkness cracked me open
I didn’t realise it at the time…
but it was the beginning of a spiritual awakening

It was the death of who I thought I had to be
And the birth of the woman I came here to become

I began to slowly, gently find a new way
Coming home to my body
Allowing myself space for my breath

It was a coming home to the woman underneath all the noise
The one who had been silenced by responsibility…
buried beneath the pressure to be everything for everyone else
The one who always knew there was more, but didn’t yet feel safe enough to claim it

There have been many other moments, as a woman, as a mother, that called me into change
Moments that asked me to rise first
To go first
To rewrite the timeline not just for me,
but to show other women what’s possible when we remember who we are

This is why Conscious Creator has been birthed

It’s not a program to fix you
It’s a sanctuary for your return
To your softness
To your truth
To the version of you that’s always been waiting for your own permission to rise
