Not sure if you agree, but it feels like things get a little bit crazy and manic in November as we head towards the ‘silly season’ and hurtle towards the end of the year!
It’s really easy at this time of year to start feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. That’s why it’s super important to spend some time checking in with yourself every day to see how you are feeling. Now is also the time to start intentionally finding ways to fill up your cup each and every day, so you don’t feel depleted and run down.
