Music connects us. ๐ŸŽถ
It sparks conversation, lifts spirits, and brings our community together.

At Project 365, music is more than a soundtrack. Itโ€™s a catalyst for connection - opening doors for honest conversations, reminding us to check in with each other, and helping to break down the stigma around mental health.

Here are some beautiful moments from Bringing Light To The Dark earlier this year. ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ’™ A Heartfelt Thank You ๐Ÿ’™

We are so incredibly touched by this beautiful gesture from three inspiring Year Two students at Cathedral College Wangaratta โ€” Isabella, Eliana and Harriet.

These amazing young girls approached their teachers wanting to raise funds for a local charity that supports mental health and wellbeing. After discussions with Head of Junior School, Leigh Symons, and other staff, they decided to support Project 365 โ€” and we couldnโ€™t be more honoured.

With an initial goal of $100, the girlsโ€™ enthusiasm and kindness shone brightly, raising over $500 to help promote positive mental health in the community. ๐ŸŒŸ

From all of us at Project 365, thank you Isabella, Eliana and Harriet โ€” your compassion and leadership remind us that no act of kindness is ever too small to make a big difference. ๐Ÿ’™

We are delighted to share a heart-warming initiative led by three of our Year Two students โ€“ Isabella, Eliana and Harriet. Demonstrating compassion well beyond their years, the girls approached staff with a desire to raise money for a charitable organisation and make a difference in the community. After thoughtful conversations and consideration, they chose to support Project 365, a local mental health initiative focused on promoting wellbeing, reducing stigma, and supporting youth and the broader community.

With an ambitious goal of raising $100, the girls exceeded all expectations, raising over $500.

Their efforts reflect our values of Discover, Belong and Achieve.

Well done, girls โ€“ you are leading by example!

Your support funds real change.

The money raised through our events, like our recent Gala Ball, is channelled directly into Mental Health First Aid training scholarships for local businesses. Itโ€™s about giving people the tools to recognise, respond to, and support those facing mental-health challenges.

Because when more people know how to help, our whole community grows stronger. ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ’› R U OK? Day ๐Ÿ’›

At Project 365, we believe every single day matters when it comes to mental health.
There are 365 days in the year to ask, โ€œAre you OK?โ€ โ€” today is a powerful reminder, but tomorrow and the day after are just as important.

Checking in doesnโ€™t have to be complicated. A quick call, a message, or catching up for a coffee could make all the difference.

So please, reach out. Call a mate. Ask the question. And listen with care.

Together, we can keep conversations about mental health going all year round. ๐Ÿ’›
