The joy I receive from our meditation classes extends far beyond the quieting of minds or the soft exhale of rest.
It’s found in the deep gratitude that fills the room as we gather, holding space for one another as we sip herbal tea at the end of class.
I treasure that within this circle there is freedom to share or remain silent, to laugh or simply be.
Each person arrives as they are and is met with openness and without judgment.
Spaces where we find connection and stillness are sacred.
For me, this sense of belonging is as healing and sacred as the meditation itself.

Lie beside them and feel your worries melt into their gentle breath; your heartbeat syncing with theirs. Horses are the hollow bone holding and releasing your energy.

In Reiki sessions, horses act as living conduits of energy. Their steady heartbeats, often around 36 beats per minute, emitting subtle vibrations that can influence human heart rates, fostering coherence, relaxation, and emotional balance.

Their presence absorbs tension, grounding your body and calming your mind. In alignment with their natural rhythm, profound healing and connection happens.

Horses remind us that true healing is not only in touch, it’s also in presence.
What magical creatures to truly hold us and our energy.
