My second .in.health half day retreat went well. We started with a 15 min short breathwork. Then we discussed the science if functional breathing. Some participants went for a bush walk. Some saw a few kangaroos.

Then a 40 min breathwork left them all relaxed. Hopefully relaxed to deal with the upcoming week and get them practicing some of the breathwork techniques we discussed.
