So this is about me sharing my experiences and knowledge I've learnt and ways to use these amazing oils. Sleep /anxiety / cleaning and cooking.

So I didn't get here alone and your not alone either. I got into DoTerra essential oils for so many reason but I guess the main one would have to be after an injury to my knee and two operations later and so many medications nothing worked till I was given some oils to help well they worked and are still working it is a daily in my house I use it for so many things from calming my dog to calming

me for sleep focus energy headaches stress emotional issues women issues and cleaning yes cleaning without chemicals . I love the smells each oil offers and they way my house smells. Who is dealing with pests this time of year? It seems like I’m always shooing or waving or swatting at something or other right now, so I’m going to be trying some of these! If you are outdoors and want a ready made spray, try the Terrashield spray blend! I also like to add arborvitae to any biting insect spray blend I made.

For more specific insect problems, try mixing 8 oz of water in a spray bottle with ½ tsp natural soap and 12 drops of essential oil from the guide above, remembering to shake the bottle frequently to keep the oil mixed in the water.

A little goes a long way! Essential oils are powerful so apply to plants sparingly. Several applications every few days may be necessary.

so a little about me I'm Debz a proud step mum to a teenager who is now currently living in Scotland I'm also a proud Fur mum to my beautiful rescue baby Jersey and I'm engaged to the most wonderful man. I'm a down to earth women who loves crystals and bettering my wellness along with a passion to help others. I also work full time in health care and I'm a super crazy oil lover. My oil Journey began over a two years ago while I was looking for help to quit smoking and assist with my knee, I wanted a natural and safe solution, oh I found it and so much more along the way my life has changed for the good and now Im crazy passionate about helping others find a natural healthier solution and helping you start on your own wellness journey. Doterra amazing products have helped me with my knee after 2 major operations helped with my hormones, depression, anxiety my Addiction to smoking and helping me with my PCOS underactive thyroid , the oils are helping me with our fur child and helping me de-chemicaling my home to be more low toxic with cleaning.
