💥 We are hiring 💥 Compliance Officer (Work From Home)
Part-time | 8–10 hours per week to start | Maitland / Newcastle / Hunter Region
We’re looking for a motivated, friendly and detail‑focused Compliance Officer to join our close‑knit admin team and help maintain strong, audit‑ready systems across the organisation.
This role is work‑from‑home, however the successful applicant must be local to the Maitland / Newcastle / Hunter area, as occasional face‑to‑face meetings with management will be required.

This flexible position is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in the disability or community services sector.
You’ll start at 8–10 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the business continues to grow.
We’re looking for someone who is not only organised and reliable, but also friendly, fun, and able to work collaboratively within a supportive admin team.
🍃 Key Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain participant and staff documentation
- Monitor compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies
- Assist with incident reporting and restrictive practice documentation
- Conduct file audits and identify missing information
- Support staff onboarding and compliance checks
- Maintain registers, policies, and internal records
- Assist management with compliance improvements and audit preparation
- Help ensure the business remains audit‑ready at all times
🍃 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration, compliance, or disability/community services (essential)
- Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements (essential)
- Experience with NDIS audits (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online systems
- Professional, confidential, and reliable
🍃 Requirements:
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Must live in the Maitland / Newcastle / Hunter region
