Each session responds to your needs on the day, your
past experiences, your nervous system responses,
your intentions, and your level of comfort, with

unfolds.

There is no fixed sequence and no prescribed way of
working. The work meets you where you are.

For some, the session may focus on particular areas of
the body, with a steadier pace and a more contained
quality.
For others, it may be more experiential and expressive,
with greater movement on the table through rhythm,
breath, and flow.

Your session is shaped around what feels supportive
for you.
