Our multi-disciplinary approach means we collaborate closely with the whole team surrounding our clients; including their families, Support Workers, Support Coordinators, and other allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Orthotists, and more.
By staying connected and communicating openly, we ensure everyone is on the same page, working toward shared goals and meaningful progress. Because when the whole team moves together; our clients move forward.

On the 10th & 11th of October, Tracey and Fiona attended the Primary Health Network (PHN) Conference in Ballarat - Collaborating for a Healthier Tomorrow. The Western Victoria PHN was established in July 2015 by the Commonwealth Government to work with the primary care sector to improve health outcomes for our communities. The conference provided a chance for learning, clinical updates, networking and Fiona also presented as part of a panel discussion on the use of Allied Health Assistants in our future workforce.

This week we’re celebrating a small but mighty change; our treadmill now has a laser line!

For many of our clients, especially those working on gait retraining and confidence in walking, visual cues like this make a real difference. The line provides focus, support, and an extra sense of safety with each step.

Hi there! My name is Aylish, and I am an Exercise Physiologist at The Neuro Collective. I have worked in Melbourne for the past few years in neurological rehabilitation, and I love to be creative in my exercise prescription to work with clients toward their goals. Some facts about myself are that outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, and doing anything creative (sewing clothes, journalling, crocheting, you name it, I love it!).

Hi there! I'm excited to be starting at TNC as a Therapy Assistant while I wrap up my Master's in Exercise Physiology later this year. Once I'm qualified, I will be working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with TNC. I'm very much looking forward to closing the chapter on textbooks and finally enjoying some guilt free downtime! Some facts about myself are that I love all things outdoors, particularly netball. When not playing or thinking about netball, you would see me hanging out with friends and family. I barrack for Carlton in the AFL, which has been more character building than cheer worthy!

Hi there, my name is Amy! My favorite part about working as a Therapy Assistant here at The Neuro Collective is the welcoming atmosphere and facilities available in our therapy space. I feel grateful to work alongside a dedicated team of passionate professionals committed to helping others.
My husband and I love living in Warrnambool close to extended family. In my spare time I enjoy living an active lifestyle and you will never catch me not listening to music!
