Our Reformer Fundamentals course is back! 💙

Commencing Wednesday 20th May at 7:30pm: 5 consecutive weeks of progressively learning the essentials of Reformer Pilates.

$150 for the 5 week course, including an extra class credit to use on any class on our schedule after you complete the course.

Perfect for absolute beginners wanting to build confidence in a non-judgmental space, or those returning to the reformer after some time away.

Facilitated by Nina and our newest team member Ramyaa; a qualified Physiotherapist, now Pilates teacher (watch this space for a formal intro)!

We’ve officially closed the doors to Shop for the last time until 2026 and consequently are feeling v grateful and sentimental. This was a huge year for us: backing ourselves and buying, demolishing, fitting out, and opening the studio; a space aligning with our visions of somewhere that adds value to the lives of its members, both physically and mentally. That feels good, on so many levels.

Behind us are two incredibly supportive families, without whom Shop would never have happened, sappy words incoming (because if you can’t say it at Christmas, when can you, eh?) 😍

We are so deeply grateful to our families and friends whose love, belief and practical support made this dream possible. From endless childcare, cleaning, tip runs and late-night reno help, to spreadsheets, marketing plans, brand magic and constant reassurance that we’d get there. Every single act of help and generosity has carried us along the way. Thank you for your encouragement, patience and care. We truly couldn’t have done this without you, and we feel unbelievably lucky to be surrounded by such unwavering support.

To our amazing team of teachers - for being the heart and soul of Shop, and for delivering top notch classes week in, week out. Also for jumping in to cover at the drop of a hat.

And lastly to our members, whether you have come once or 82 times (!) in the last 5 months - you make Shop the inclusive, welcoming, vibey as hell place that it is and we’re so glad you’re here.
