Whoa, 2024—you’ve been a wild, transformative ride!

This year cracked me wide open, leaving no stone of self-discovery unturned. Every limiting belief, every buried trauma, every trapped emotion rose to the surface, demanding to be seen, felt, and loved in all its rawness.

I stumbled and soared as I wove my way into new circles of connection, navigating vulnerability and fresh perspectives while still finding my footing. I lost some deep loves but found heart-bursting, soul-nurturing friendships. And through it all, I solidified an unbreakable bond with my youngest daughter, a relationship that is the cornerstone of my heart.

My worklife blossomed as I merged the old with the new, embracing careers like colon hydrotherapy and traffic control. These shifts grounded me in the realization of a core truth: financial stability is a non-negotiable pillar for my nervous system's peace. Finding my own intricate balance of old 9-5 grind & sovereignty...

I reconnected with my healer’s mission, anchored in my ancestral roots. Embracing shamanism, completing my Reiki Mastership, and reigniting my love for music and frequency, I activated my voice in ways that felt both ancient and new. A

This year drew me inward, guiding me to explore the deepest corners of my soul while silencing the external noise. Just as I began to embrace the idea of walking this path alone, an unexpected connection appeared—a curious soul with a kind heart, thoughtful gestures, and a humor that feels like pure sunlight. Reigniting a spark within me, one I thought had long faded. This is unfamiliar territory, where we dance in the gentle exploration of connection—slowly, intentionally.
