And somehow… 2.1kg down already 💃

What I’m noticing most isn’t even the number though 👇
✨ Less puffiness

Why I’m sharing this now 🤍

I’ve lived with fibromyalgia quietly for a long time.
Not because I was ashamed — but because I wasn’t sure how to talk about it.

Chronic pain has a funny way of teaching you to just “get on with it.”
To minimise it.
To push through.
To smile and say you’re fine.

But lately, something’s shifted.

I’m realising how many women are carrying invisible battles while still showing up for everyone else.
How many of us feel exhausted, sore, foggy, and frustrated — and still tell ourselves we should be coping better.

I’m sharing this now because if even one person feels less alone, less broken, or more understood… it’s worth it.

This isn’t about labels or pity.
It’s about honesty, awareness, and giving ourselves a little more grace.
