Transitioning into the year with self-awareness, patience and trust 🤍
After such a lovely Christmas and New Year break spent with my family, road tripping along the East Coast, spending time in the countryside and the beach, feeling so blessed just being together.
I also took this opportunity for a digital detox and dopamine reset, focusing my attention on family, values, quality time together and what I can bring to the year ahead.
On reflection, January can sometimes feel overwhelming with pressure to start fresh, make changes and expecting immediate results.
It got me thinking, how I choose to meet this year, through intention,
not as something to do but as an energy to feel and carry forward.
I invite you to explore this together with me, while still honouring your goals and resolutions.
Think of your intention as a way of being, a subconscious compass, quietly guiding the energy we carry forward.
The energy we feel and send out, the energy we choose to bring into our days, our choices and our lives can often be returned to us, attracting like-minded energy.
When we live with intention, the energy we carry can quietly support the goals we are moving toward, often without force or striving.
