Every Body Pilates by Ali Roberts are group Pilates mat work classes. Taught in a safe, inclusive and fun environment, your workout will focus on use of breath, correct alignment and posture to help you get the most out of your body in your day-to-day activities. Ali qualified in Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of the Pilates Method with people from all walks of life.
