It's not always that you are not confident or your dreams are too big to achieve. If we are surrounded by people who question our values , judges our appearance, and won't support us, we will always doubt ourself.

You will always be looking for peace if you are surrounded by chaotic people energy.

Be selective of who you let around you . Be your own cheerleader if you can't/don't have the right tribe yet.

This poem comes from a raw and vulnerable place within me—as a therapist, and as someone deeply devoted to the healing path.

There are moments I see the light in others more clearly than they can see it in themselves. Growth and transformation are not just values I hold—they’re the foundation of both my personal and professional life.

And yet, I often find myself struggling when I don’t see the shifts or outcomes I hope for in the clients I hold space for. It’s not because I want to control, fix, or rescue—it’s because I genuinely care. I don’t want them to suffer.

I have to remind myself again and again: it is a sacred privilege to witness even a brief moment of someone’s journey.

This poem emerged from the tension I often feel—between the fierce fire inside me that wants to push for change, and the soft presence I know is needed most.

I believe many therapists and healers carry this quiet ache. But we don’t always speak of it.

So here’s to all of you doing the light work.
To those who hold pain with tenderness, who believe in healing even when it’s invisible, and who show up—again and again—with open hearts.

Embracing our body through love, compassion and gratitude!

In today's circle, we talked about how our social and cultural influences shaped our body perception, self-esteem and confidence. We unlearnt and reprogrammed our narratives of body image through love, compassion and gratitude.

The circle realised how much we take our body for granted and made a commitment to intentionally care and love our body. We are exploring our own beliefs about our body and self image, honouring it through every life stages and coming home to our body.

Our body is our home and we belong here. Welcome yourself in your home of love. 💚

Always in awe and inspired by lovely ladies who are doing the hard work and challenging their old beliefs while stepping into the better version. Most of them are finding the voice and power to speak their truth and loving their authenticity, all the while healing their trauma.

So grateful to witness everyone's journey.

Our Second Circle last Sunday was about " Healing our inner child". We visited our childhood stories, triggers and awareness of how trauma shapes our brain and our adulthood. We learnt to be compassionate to our inner critic and discussed the practice tools to heal and meet our inner child's needs so that we can continue to work on our confidence, self-esteem and healthy attachment styles.

I am so proud of all participants who shared vulnerable and powerful stories and are on the journey of healing and rewriting their childhood stories.

I see you all. 💛

We had heartwarming and powerful first session of "Becoming Her" where we discussed self-worth and self-love and our limiting beliefs around it. The group is a dream as they all actively shared, engaged and held space for each other gently and warmly. We held the values of sisterhood and expressed hopefulness, healing, un-aloneness, letting go of expectations and importance of self-care.

A big gratitude to my first women circle. 🩷🩷🩷
