I believe very strongly that yoga can help everyone, from the smallest child to the oldest person, and in almost every dimension of their life. 🙏

This is my view while I am studying Cert3 in Fitness. I wasn't enjoying my course initially because I was overwhelmed with the new words and amount of things to read. But I am really enjoying now and I understood why I chose it and how important for my future career.
If you feeling overwhelmed or stressed with something then try to do below things:
1. Plan every minute of your day. Create a very clear and specific plan.
2. Implement your daily plan.
3. Just focus for your present not your future. For example: If you planned to do 30 minutes reading then just focus that plan. If your phone rings or you suddenly remember something important to do while your reading still just focus your reading.
4. Keep doing what you have to do. Holding on or delaying is not going to solve any issue. It will actually create more stress or cautious.
5. Create a habit for every GOOD things that you are planning. And try to give up all the BAD things a little by little.
These are what I do after so many years of experience. 🥰💝🙏

Empty mind creates negative thinking. Bring your mind present and focus only what you are doing right now instead of regretting your past and worrying your future. You can't change your past and you don't know your future. Train your brain yourself. Namaste 🙇‍♀️🧡

Hi yogis,
The ultimate goal of yoga is self-realization.
Self-realization is the knowledge that we sentient beings are interconnected and that what we think, say, and do effects those around us. Burdened by the pressure and demands that exist outside of ourselves - our jobs, bills, desire for status and for material possessions - we forget this. Self-realization is the ability to achieve freedom from these demands and to know that true happiness comes from fulfilling our own potential and from lifting up those around us without the thought of self-gain. Dedicating yourself to the regular practice of yoga can help bring you back to this place.
