Last night's dinner was Carbonara. I am in love with the Skinnymixers Carbonara Risotto, but no one else in the house really likes Risotto 🙄 it's such a quick and easy meal that I had time to also make Spaghetti Carbonara for 2 which went down a treat for the Risotto haters! 2 meals done in less than an hour - everyone is happy, and I have leftover Risotto for the weekend!

Before Thermomix®️ we hardly are vegetables at all! Now I pack as many veggies as I can into every meal!
Tonight was marinated chicken with rice, carrot & capsicum then a mustard sauce to top it off. All made in the Thermomix®️ at the same time using layered cooking.

This was better than any takeaway, and the chicken only cost $16.50, it made enough to feed at least 6 people!

My pantry used to consist of cans, jar sauces, packet rices and noodle mixes, packet snacks, biscuits and out of date ingredients.
Thermomix®️ has changed that so much, and now I have an 'ingredients' pantry (I didn't even know what that was before). I can make just about anything I want from scratch with minimal effort and so much satisfaction!
