Well it looks like over 99% of Victoria have voted Yes for our EBA (Enterprize Bargaining Agreement). Absolutely Bloody Brilliant! A fair day's work for fair wages, and hopefully as a whole, we can retain more nurses and maintain a high standard of training to enable us to care for you 🥰.
I am proud to be a nurse, and I am proud of all my colleagues who turn up each shift to care for those in need. At the end of the day, we need more nurses and we need them to stay.

To quote my late mother who was also a nurse "When I was doing my training (St George's Hospital, (somewhere in London, UK) we all knew it was hard work. Mentally and Physically. But I didn't realise there was so much bloody hard work to be done, so bloody early in the morning "

Here it is! The Food Trailer where Troy will provide delicious food for events, parties, weddings, corporate ... and festivals! Using his Bush Tucker knowledge, Troy creates delicious food that fills you up, is nutritious and tastes amazing.

The first outing for the trailer will be at the Gormandale Market, 21st of September from 10am onwards. Troy will be using one of his Market Menus, so come and say hi and have a try!

Here is Chicky Bird, growing every day. Look how feathers are grown - the fluffy stuff becomes the tip of a feather. It will fall off/pecked off when the feather has grown. Chicky Bird enjoys evening snuggles 🥰

Planted Capsicum seeds (Bell peppers in other countries?) from a shop-bought Capsicum. They all sprouted under the Grow-Lights and window sunlight. I have transplanted them into pots today 😃. They will stay inside over winter, and be planted out in spring after the frosts have finished 🥰.

When they produce Capsicums, we will use them in salads, meat dishes, on pizzas and roast them in strip's and preserve them (for winter pizza!!). If there are loads, we share with family and friends.

Capsicum seedlings are big enough for placing into pots 😃
