Thank you 🥰 as I look back on 2025 I feel so much gratitude to all those who have supported this journey. I look forward to all the adventures in 2026 and helping so many more women in this space ❤️

In 2025 Flow and Tide has
💃 held 4 free woman’s circles
💃 released our first Eguide
💃 created and sold our first ever cycle Ritual product
💃 helped coach 10 women in connecting with their cycle
💃 raised funds for Pink Elephants and ran 5k
💃 shed endless tears behind the scenes and at the circles
💃 received amazing positive feedback
💃 retained our cheerleaders and added a few more
💃 incorporated my very first yoni steam into my cycle rituals feat.
💃 had my first sponsored women’s circle
💃 continue to share knowledge with women about living cyclically, menstrual health, connecting to their seasons and allowing a safe space for them to feel heard

2025 is where the work began, 2026 is where it becomes a lifestyle. Forget about what I’m not going to do anymore and embrace what is, what’s present, what’s nourishing, what fills my soul and what keeps me aligned with the path I’m headed.

I honestly could’ve kept going and writing this out bought me such a giddy feeling, being in love with what you’re doing, how you show up for yourself and knowing I made these choices for me 🥰

I encourage you to write down what you’re going to embrace in 2026 and enjoy the feelings it brings up.
