We’re Hiring – Independent Behaviour Support Practitioners

Positive Caring Services is currently welcoming ethical, professional and values-driven Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing PCS Practitioner Community.

As an NDIS Registered Provider, PCS offers flexible subcontracting opportunities Australia-wide for practitioners who wish to work independently while being supported within a collaborative and experienced provider network.

At PCS we focus on high quality, person-centred Behaviour Support and building a practitioner community grounded in our values:

What we offer practitioners:

• Flexible subcontracting arrangements
• Administrative and billing support
• Access to Splose for practitioner documentation and case management
• Annual DSC membership for professional development and sector resources
• Professional and clinical guidance when needed

• The ability to build and grow your independent PBS practice within a supportive provider framework

Hi Everyone, my name is Nicole and I am the founder of Viewside Coordination and I thought I would share a little bit about me.

I am a proud truckers wife of an interstate truck driver, he is also the IT guru in our house, and a mum of three amazing boys who are 21, 18 and 11, the youngest is on the scheme himself.

I have a passion for this industry and want to do my best to ensure that noone is left behind
I have worked in the community services industry for over 10 years in varying positions and have been a Support Coordinator for the last 2.5 years with an amazing team that have taught me a lot.

We still have tickets left for Friday nights social connections night.
It is for anyone who lives with disability, diversity or anyone needing support to connect socially with others.
The first event was heaps of fun with tasty food, drinks, dancing, games and connection.
