Keep pushing through!

As the end of the year nears, life’s going to get busy, you’re going to feel tired and in need of your Christmas holidays!

Don’t put your fitness and health on the back burner 😵‍💫

Showing up to your sessions on the weeks you can’t be bothered is when the best progress is made.

Not every week will be a win, some weeks the scale might not move or the weights will feel heavier than normal!

Your journey to your fitness goals won’t always be linear.

Happy Saturday!

Got out early for the last sunrise of Winter this morning and also did a 25km bike ride from Wollongong ➡️ Bulli and back 😅

Reminder that different types of exercise all help each other, lifting weights and strengthening your body will help you with other everyday activities like carrying all your groceries in one go, carrying the kids or riding your bike.
