🚨 Lat Pulldowns: Understanding Your Handles! 🚨

Ever wondered which lat pulldown handle to grab for your back day? 🤔

Each one targets your back muscles a little differently to help you build that strong, sculpted back!

My top tips!
Set your shoulders first, by pulling them down. Then think about pulling your elbows to your back pockets. Lean back slightly and keep your ribs down.
