Since early 2019, Flex & Flour has made a statement in the Wollongong health and fitness community.
We are a protein cupcake and doughnut business who believes in advocating a sustainable and healthy lifestyle that contributes to the look-good, feel-good mentality of self-love that we all need more of today. To ensure our customers the best, all our ingredients are locally source and of the highest quality.
We recognize that 6 out of 7 Australians are not getting enough daily protein (source: medianet.com.au). Therefore, as big sweet tooth's and fitness driven individuals ourselves, we have created lower calorie, protein enriched versions of your favorite baked goods to help the community meet their recommended protein intake goals in a sweeter way, as well as enjoying the treats we love that will still keep us on track with unique individual fitness goals.
