3 days of learning, celebrating and sharing in the collective vision of putting female athletes in centre focus. The pursuit of equity, fortitude, excellence and universal design.

It was a privilege to connect and share with some incredible women and men that are all trailblazers in their own right.

Girls play sport and everyone is watching. Period.

A few weekends ago, The Female Collective teamed up with our sister practices, and Dizzy Clinics Australia for one giant Christmas party. The more the merrier at this time of year and it was the perfect way to cap off a stellar year at TFC.

Earlier this month, Jess was invited to present at the NRLW Women's Health Gathering organised by .

It was a fantastic two days with the Wellbeing and Education Managers from all clubs in attendance with a common goal, to improve the support to our female athletes. It was an honour to present alongside leaders in the field and a big fan girl moment for Jess to meet Dr Mel Hayman who is paving the way for female athletes in Australia and internationally on the research front!

Our year is coming to a close and the team at TFC are taking a break to rest, recharge and enjoy some well deserved family time.

It’s business as usual until Christmas with limited spots available from our Nowra clinic between Christmas and New Year.

We are closed all public holidays and back in Nowra from the 5th and Wollongong from the 8th of January.

A huge thank you to our wonderful community for another great year x

🎉 The Female Collective turns 3! 🎉

I can’t quite believe it’s been three years since we set out with a vision to create a physio clinic that puts women at the centre. What started as a “collective” of one has grown into an incredible team of four clinicians and a dream admin crew, I couldn’t be prouder or more grateful for each of you. 🩵

A huge thank you to our amazing clients, your trust, stories, and support have shaped The Female Collective into what it is today. We’re so grateful to be part of your journeys, every single day.

Jess wrapped up another season with St George Illawarra Dragons NRLW team as head physio last month.

It was a big year with the bra project being one of the highlights. Jess linked up with Dragons Future Female Fund and the_fitting_studio to professionally fit and supply sports bras to the entire squad and female staff, a first in the NRLW. Our female athletes need the best support, in more ways than one!
