Introducing Fundamentals of Mindfulness online live course.
Openground has taken the step of offering a shorter, less demanding programme than the gold standard MBSR for those who are seriously time poor, but wanting to undertake some serious mindfulness training.

Mindfulness is a term that is bandied around a lot. There are a lot of well-intentioned "mindfulness teachers" promoting their services with little or no training. Having a sub-optimal teacher can be at best a waste of time and at worse actually harmful and may put you off mindfulness for life. If you are interested in mindfulness you owe it to yourself to give yourself the best chance of success. Openground teachers have rigorous and prolonged training so that they can help make this short five-week course a powerful doorway into the practice of mindfulness and how to embed it into your everyday life.

All of us struggle with something. Anxiety. Emotional eating. Smoking. Shopping. Self-judgement. Anger. Bad habits. Inability to switch off. Feeling overwhelmed. Whatever your struggle, change is possible.

Do click the link to register - you can get your free E-book which covers some basics and will give you a good idea about the structure and content of this programme. The next five week Fundamentals of Mindfulness course is starting late August on Tuesday evenings. The link will also give you access to the scholarship questionnaire as Openground is delighted to give scholarships or serious discounts to those in genuine need.
