I had other plans for today….

I have a drawer k**b that came off and I need to find another screw/bolt and thought I might have one. So I looked, then decided that this cupboard needed reorganising, this is what happened….

What do we need to do to help us raise our dopamine levels? We all know most of it, exercise, hydration, quality sleep, balanced diet, calming exercise (yoga/meditation). BUT.... how do we get to a place where this is possible every day. I know that I thrive on getting out and exercising but still my brain tells me sometimes, Not today!

Do planners work? Setting a million alarms? Post-it notes? What else do we do to try and get ourselves organised, motivated and moving?
