I’m a proud mum, a sports dietitian with 10+ years of experience and currently the dietitian for the NRL Dragons. I’ve always loved sport and helping people perform at their best, but I’m also someone who appreciates cake and sweet treats šŸ« (yes, dietitians eat dessert too).

I created Embody to shift the focus away from ā€œperfect eatingā€ and instead provide real-world strategies to fuel your life, whether it’s competing at an elite level, hitting a PB at the gym or keeping up with your kids in the park.

Life is busy and balancing work, training, family and enjoying the good stuff isn’t always easy. That’s why our approach is all about balance. It’s about helping you fuel yourself in ways that work for both your goals and your lifestyle.

If training feels harder than it should, it might not be your fitness holding you back, it could be your fuelling.

Under-eating can sneak in without you noticing and before long, it can leave you stuck in cycles of low energy, slow recovery and frustrating workouts that just aren’t clicking.

But you don’t have to settle for that. You deserve to train strong, recover faster and still enjoy food you love.

Whether it’s eggs on toast or yoghurt and fruit, a balanced breakfast can help with energy, focus and keeping those mid-morning cravings at bay. So choose what you enjoy, make it satisfying and don’t skip it for the sake of ā€œhealthā€ (coffee alone doesn’t count, sorry).
