Helensburgh local Yuko Waldon shares the recipe that’s been passed down through her family – from her grandmother’s spicy version with finely chopped veg to her dad’s chunkier, milder take.
Yuko first tried making it herself at just eight years old – it didn’t go perfectly, but the love and effort made it unforgettable. Now, she’s creating those same memories with her own children.
