Honora has worked as a pre-school drama tutor for ATYP, a creative play facilitator for Early Years Care a Creative Leader and Interactive Children’s Story Teller for Illawarra Children’s Services since 2009. She was Administrator and pre-school circus trainer for Circus Monoxide from 2008 to 2009, a performer and trainers assistant for Circus WOW since 2007, and a Theatre Education Coordinator for Merrigong Theatre Company @ IPAC from 2005 to 2008. She also regularly stage manages and occasionally performs for The Vault Cabaret in Port Kembla since 2006, is a regular character performer and vocalist for The Spieglehaus Cabaret at The Phoenix Theatre in Coniston since 2009 and an MC/Commentator for Wollongong Illawarra Roller Derby since 2010. Honora has run drama workshops at private conferences in Wollongong, Canberra and Byron Bay and is always involved in (or organising) local community arts and arts development projects. Creative Development includes: The Story Circle (Art Arena Gallery), The Actors Group and Zen Zen Zo workshops (IPAC), Stunt Work for the Nervous, Hand Balancing, Acro balance and Adagio workshops (Circus Monoxide), Aerials, Hooping, Clowning, Acro balance classes (Circus WOW), Theatre Sports classes and workshops (Bridge Street Theatre), Character Building workshop (The Actors Centre).

Honora creates opportunities for people through shared learning experiences. She is a creative workshop facilitator, holistic circus therapist and performer. She has held the positions of Production Coordinator at KidsFest Shellharbour, Producer of the Dangerous D'Lights sell out show "Speak Easy", Theatre Education Coordinator at Merrigong Theatre Co and more. She boasts a client list which includes The Illawarra Hospital School, Early Years Care, Barnardos, Kanahooka high School, Australian Catholic University, Wollongong City Council, Australian Theatre for Young People, Illawarra Legal Centre, The Art Box Studio, Noogaleek and so many more. Through her own challenging formal educational experiences and positive creative learning journey she was inspired to make social improvement through alternative education. By creating opportunities through her networks she hopes to inspire participants to become more active and positive members of their communities. She hopes to offer important life changing workshops, programs and projects to those who need and want them most.
