Another congratulations is in order for the month of December with Elvira Gligoroski being awarded our esteemed ‘Management’s Choice Award.’

Elvira is new to the industry and we’re so glad she joined us, because she is already making a big difference.

Elvira’s been awarded our Management’s Choice Award, which recognises someone who has gone above and beyond, showing consistent compassion, commitment, initiative, and genuine care for our participants.

And we know that the best outcomes for participants are achieved when everyone involved feels safe, supported and respected.

By caring for our support workers, we strengthen the care they provide. When workers feel safe, valued and supported, they are better able to show up with presence, compassion and consistency.

In turn, participants benefit from stable, high-quality support that puts their needs first.

Our commitment to robust policies and thoughtful processes reflects our belief that safe systems create better care.

It’s an important part of how we honour our responsibility to the people we support and the people who support them.
