Hey my love… can we just pause for a second?

I want to check in with you as we are in that in-between space.
✨New Moon.
✨Solstice approaching &
✨The end of the year breathing down our necks.

And honestly?
It’s not a time for pushing or figuring everything out.

This New Moon isn’t asking for big intentions or shiny goals.
She’s asking you to be real about what you’re done carrying.

And the Solstice… she’s coming in like a deep exhale.
A turning point.
A quiet “enough now.”

If you’re feeling reflective, emotional, tired, softer than usual, you’re not regressing.
You’re integrating.

This is the part of the year where the soul starts closing chapters before the mind even catches up.
Where endings happen internally, not on paper.
Where clarity doesn’t come from thinking, it comes from feeling what no longer fits.

You don’t need to force a reset.
Life is already doing it.

This New Moon is planting seeds in the dark.
Not for what you want… but for who you’re becoming next.

And as we move toward the Solstice, there’s a natural invitation to slow down.
To sit with what this year actually asked of you.
To honour what you survived, released, and outgrew, even if no one else saw it.

You don’t have to have answers right now.
You don’t need a plan.

This moment is about listening.
Letting the year land.
Letting your nervous system settle after everything it’s held.

There is wisdom in this pause.
There is beauty in not knowing yet.

So if all you feel called to do is rest, reflect, breathe, and be gentle with yourself, that’s not avoidance.

That’s alignment my love!

Something new is already forming beneath the surface.
You don’t need to rush it.

Just stay present.
Stay honest.
Stay with yourself.

Alright soul sister, let’s be real this month hasn’t been random.
It’s been a setup. A sequence. A stripping down to rebuild you stronger.
