Life & wellness coaching + surfing for women & girls who want confidence, clarity & courage to break through fears, step out of your comfort zone, and ride life’s waves with purpose. 🏄♀️💙 Having just moved to Australia, the ocean became my place for “me-time” — a space to recharge and reconnect with myself. Out in the surf, I could focus on something completely different from nappies and feeding,
and that freedom gave me strength. The mums I met in the water became my tribe — cheering me on, supporting me, and even drying my tears. I’m still deeply grateful for that experience, which showed me the healing power of the ocean and the importance of the people we surround ourselves with. Alongside my personal surf journey, I bring a strong professional background. I hold a degree in Sports Science with a thesis in Sport Sociology on Eating Disorders in Sport: The Impact of the Social Environment on the Athlete. Before moving to Australia, I worked as a sports journalist. Here, I continued my path as a swim coach and later as a surf coach — a role I held for 8 years until Covid. After that turning point, I decided to start my own business. I studied Life Coaching and received an internationally accredited Life Coaching certificate, later adding Wellness Coaching to further support my clients. Today, as The Surfing LifeCoach, I combine my passion for surfing with life and wellness coaching, helping women and girls build confidence, find clarity, and embrace the empowering energy of the ocean.
