Our Second Movie Night in collaboration with Sporulation Art Exhibition+ is "Trip Of Compassion" on April 27th at 2.30pm...

A film of hope that follows the journey of three people undergoing psychedelic-assisted therapy using M**A for the treatment of PTSD.

Trip of Compassion highlights the reality of psychedelic-assisted therapy - that the person undergoing it necessarily does the hard work of processing their trauma and the drug merely facilitates a process that often is otherwise too difficult, leaving them stuck.

Some segments are uncomfortable to watch due to the nature of the trauma experienced by these people. Ultimately though, it's a story of healing and personal transformation which you see unfold on the screen...

Hi friends,
Here are a few words about gratitude and how you can consciously create more of this beautiful state.

Gratitude is not only a hip word. It holds a wonderful energy. It feels like contentment, peace, and connection, like my heart being wide open.

What are you grateful for right now?

It doesn't matter how many "things" you can list or how big or small these are.
What really matters is HOW YOU FEEL when you are grateful.

Take a moment and connect to this feeling.
-Where in your body can you feel it?
-What does it look like?
-Is there a sound coming up for you?
-What scent accompanies this feeling?
-What can you taste?

Stay there for a moment and observe yourself.
I really want you to get to know your state of gratitude.

There you are. This is your state of gratitude.

Now, can you connect to that state again without something in mind for which you are grateful? Beautiful!

Do it again ;-)

Cucumbers are rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, Vitamin A and Vitamin K. 🙌

Add a little mint for a minty taste and boost your immune system.

I reuse glass bottles and jars whenever I can. Works perfectly fine and reduces plastic waste.
