๐โจ Book Week Celebration at Tiny Seeds Resource Library! โจ๐
This Book Week, weโre celebrating the power of stories to inspire, comfort, and connect us. Our Tiny Seeds Resource Library is full of treasures, and today we want to share 5 of our favourite books that families and children absolutely love:
๐ 1. The Invisible String โ Patrice Karst
A beautiful story that reminds children (and adults!) that we are always connected to the people we love, even when theyโre not physically with us. Perfect for helping kids understand love, loss, and separation.
๐ฆ 2. All My Stripes โ Shaina Rudolph
Told through the eyes of Zane the zebra, this book celebrates autism and reminds children that being different is just one part of who they are. A powerful story about self-acceptance and embracing individuality.
โ๏ธ 3. Friendship is Like a Seesaw โ Shona Innes
Friendships can have ups and downs, just like a seesaw. This gentle and relatable book helps children understand relationships and navigate the tricky parts of being a friend.
๐ 4. Space Walkies โ Robert Dunn
A fun and imaginative adventure that takes young readers on a space journey with a dog who dreams of exploring the stars. A favourite for sparking curiosity and giggles!
๐ The Naked Penguin โ Kim Lardner
This quirky and heartwarming story is about a penguin who feels left out because he looks different from the rest. Instead of feathers, heโsโฆ wellโฆ naked! ๐ซข But as the story unfolds, the little penguin learns that being different can be special, and that true friends will love you just the way you are.
๐ Books are more than just stories โ they plant seeds of courage, empathy, and imagination in our little readers. Weโre so grateful to share these gems with our community!
